Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

This agreement is between you and KekVPN regarding virtual private network services, related services and features. KekVPN is a service for ensuring privacy and anonymity on the internet. This service is NOT intended for committing unlawful actions.

By installing and using the KekVPN application, you agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you must delete the application and cease its use.

2. User Obligations

2.1 Compliance with Laws

You agree not to violate the laws of any jurisdiction from which you access the service or to which your traffic is directed.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the KekVPN service for:

• sending spam and mass emails;
• port scanning, proxy server scanning, and open relay scanning;
• unauthorized email distribution;
• posting pop-up windows;
• attacks on third-party computers or networks;
• hacking, cracking, and distributing malicious software;
• fraud, phishing, and network sabotage;
• any other illegal or undesirable activities.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Service Availability

KekVPN strives to provide 24/7 service availability, except during maintenance periods. However, the service may be unavailable for reasons beyond our control:

• emergency situations;
• third-party service failures;
• equipment, network, or data transmission issues;
• restrictions, interference, or insufficient signal levels.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

KekVPN is not responsible for:

• lost, undelivered, or delayed data;
• interruptions in internet service providers and communication services;
• speed reduction due to network configuration, data compression, or channel congestion.

Connection speed is approximate and depends on many factors. Accuracy and timeliness of data transmission are not guaranteed.

3.3 Right to Restrict Access

KekVPN reserves the right to set limits on service usage, suspend, or block certain types of usage at its discretion to protect users and service stability.

3.4 Web Checkout and Access

Web checkout payment is completed on an external payment provider page. KekVPN does not receive your card details. A fiscal receipt, when supported for a payment method, is issued and delivered by the provider and is the provider's responsibility.

The contact email is used for access confirmation and one-time recovery. It is not an account password. Linking app or web access to Telegram requires your explicit action and is not performed silently from an email match.

An installation ID and limited device metadata are used to activate access on the purchasing device and enforce the device limit. If that limit is exceeded, the oldest inactive device may be revoked under the subscription rules.

3.5. Recurring bank-card payments

By selecting bank-card payment and continuing checkout, you authorize the initial charge and later token charges made by the payment provider for the selected card. Each renewal repeats your selected plan of 30, 90, or 365 days at the public catalog price when the charge is initiated.

If a charge fails, we may retry a failed charge up to two times within 96 hours. Disabling auto-renewal prevents only charges that have not yet been initiated and does not cancel a charge already submitted to the payment provider. Your already paid access period remains available. After paid access expires, a new checkout is required to obtain new access.

Payment by SBP and cryptocurrency is one-time and does not authorize automatic charges.

4. Fair Use Policy

4.1 Traffic Limitations

KekVPN does not impose strict limits on bandwidth or data volume for each user. However, service usage must comply with fair use principles.

4.2 Unfair Use

Unfair use includes:

• creating automated VPN sessions using bots;
• excessive network load that interferes with other users;
• using traffic significantly exceeding average volume for extended periods;
• any actions negatively affecting service quality for other users.

KekVPN reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block accounts of users involved in unfair use of the service.

5. Security

Users are responsible for proper and secure configuration of their devices and services. You are responsible for any damage caused by your negligence or exploitation of vulnerabilities, whether intentional or unintentional.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Data Collection

KekVPN adheres to a minimal data collection policy. We do not keep logs of your internet activity, do not track visited websites, and do not store information about the content of your traffic.

6.2 Data Protection

KekVPN uses modern encryption methods to protect your internet connection and ensure confidentiality of transmitted data.

7. Consequences of Violation

In case of violation of the terms of this agreement, KekVPN has the right to:

• send a warning;
• temporarily suspend service access;
• permanently block your account;
• report violations to law enforcement agencies (in cases of serious offenses).

8. Changes to Terms of Use

KekVPN reserves the right to make changes to these terms of use and privacy policy. Users will be notified of changes through the application or via email. Continued use of the service after changes are made means your agreement with the new terms.
